Preventing early school leaving SKR

Public school in Sweden is free to attend, and there is debate about the benefits of charter schools in the country (private schools that receive public funding). Although the cost of these schools and international schools is regulated by the government, prices can still be anywhere between 30,000 to 100,000 SEK (3,500 to 11,500 USD) annually.
